Important information concerning the distribution of the Talentum Funds in Switzerland
The Talentum Funds may only be offered in and out of Switzerland within the terms and conditions of Swiss law and Circular 08/8 "distribution to the public" of the supervisory authority FINMA. According to art. 10 para. 3 CISA (Collective Investment Schemes Act) and the FINMA Circular, the shares of the Talentum Funds may only be distributed to (i) institutional clients, (ii) clients with own professional treasury, (iii) clients who have signed a discretionary asset management agreement with an asset manager subject to the Money Laundering Act of the 10th of October 1997 and organized with an association of its category recognized by FINMA as having the minimum standard rules of code conduct, (iv) clients who have given the order to buy Talentum Funds on their own initiative, (v) clients who declare to own bankable assets of at least CHF 2 mio.

Important notice for UK residents
